2 More Teeth Coming on Top and Some Every Day Events

Audrey is finally getting some more teeth.  She got her first bottom 2 teeth around 7 months and now at 13 months shes getting 2 more. Once they come in she really won't look like my baby any more.  She is definately a toddler, but I pretend she's still my baby. I can't believe how well she's walking now.  Such a cute little waddler. I don't know how her little bum isn't brused all the time.  When she falls its always on her bum.

Audrey and AJ were playing in Audrey's little duck tub the other day.  He pulled her around for a little bit, then decided he wanted me to pull him around.  He bathed in a duck tub just like this one when he was a baby. It really is so cute how they play together.  Half of the time she is laughing and the other half she's screaming.  They chase each other around the coffee table and she gets going really fast.  When she falls he pulls her on him and sings a song to her.  Its called "The Noble Duke of York". Its really adorable. He still loves to kiss her every time he sees her.  He sings to her in a silly voice, but we're encouraging him to sing in his real voice to help her language development. He is usually a good helper when I need him to get something for her. In the car he keeps her busy with books and toys and sometimes he'll feed her crackers when needed.  He is a great brother.

Aaron taught AJ to play 4 Squares and now he usually beats me.  It is fun to see him enjoy something he used to get so frustrated loseing at.  I hope I spelled that right?? AJexpects to learn something the first time he does it.  He rarely asks for help and is stubborn when being taught.  He is better then he used to be. But we've learned to wait until he asks for help to save us from absolute frustration.  He usually figures it out, but takes help from others fairly well.  He is smart and quick to learn. He needs a strong personality in this world. Its just hard being the mom at times.

AJ made this poster for a school assignment. He did it all by himself. I asked if he wanted help but we went and got a sticker book of his and used it to spell the words he wanted.

One of Audrey's new favorite toys is my camera case. A new thing she does is run from me when she knows she has something she isn't supposed to.  She also gives me this squinty eyed look and puckers her lips.  Man I'm in for trouble.  Isn't she only 13 months old???

I made these cupcakes for a baby shower the other day.  I decided to put flowers on top and like it!

Audrey usually stands by this window and looks outside while taking a break from her toys or reading.
