Time Out for Women, Daddy's Birthday, Freedom Park ~ September 2013
My friend Kristen Anderson and I went to Time Out for Women in Columbia, SC for a Friday night and Saturday morning session. It was a group of inspiring women, men and musicians from my church that gave uplifting talks that made me laugh, cry and want to be better in every way. The ladies in the picture are dear friends from church that I loved hanging out with during the weekend.
These are more friends that I was blessed to spend time with during the Saturday session.
The kids and I made Daddy a heart cake with sports equipment and hearts all over it. AJ made an awesome poster with the Mexican flag, Cubs logo and Dad's favorite drinks on it.
AJ earned his wolf badge. Now he is a Bear!
Aaron took a run while in San Fransico. The Golden Gate Bridge and Coit Tower are beautiful to run on, through and around.
This is Audrey's new face when she is congratulating someone or cheering someone on and I love it!
The kids and I spent a day at Freedom Park. This is a new part of the park dedicated to the Charlotte Panthers. Its has fun football drills and games that the kids love. It was fun to see them pretend to be football players practicing and racing.
We also love riding our bikes around the big pond. Such a beautiful day to be at the park.
