Food glorious Food!




 I love 5 Minute Artsian Bread!!  It tastes awesome. I also just made my first batch of Soft White bread from the same book.  AJ dosen't like the artisian bread, but I think he'll tolerate the soft batch.  I love them both!!!

Baseball, Soccer, Botanical Gardens~ May 18th - 24th

 Audrey loves the sand box.  She has no problem getting or being dirty.  The heat also does not deter her from playing in the sand.  I stand in the shade most of the time unless she wants me to build her castles that she can knock down or step on.  AJ's soccer season is over and he had a great time.  Above is a picture of the parents vs kids game we played at the soccer party.  Thankfully this year no parent or kid got hurt.  After the game we had a picnic and the players got their medals.  Audrey ran circles around the field and kicked loose soccer balls around. We had these 2 coaches for 2 seasons and they were awesome with the kids.  AJ definitely improved because of their abilities.  We will miss them as they move on to college in the fall. Destination Wedding in Saint Croix ~ December 6th - 9th 2012

Aaron's friend Chris from Wake Forest Business School invited us to his wedding on Saint Croix, one the U.S.Virgin Islands. When it finally came time to leave it seemed pretty unreal. Last December we were in Punta Cana loving the beach, now we were again able to be on a beach, only an American one, not in America. We flew to St. Thomas, then we squeezed into the plane in the pictures you see above and below.  It held 10 passengers including the pilot.  He turned around and gave us the basic instructions including the no-smoking bit, but if you really wanted to you just needed to step out the door, it was only 50 feet (or something like that). I was in the last row and my head was touching the ceiling. It was exciting and a little unnerving which just made the trip that much more adventurous. The view was breathtaking in many ways. 4th of July,Salt Lake Temple and Conference Center, Treehouse Museum ~ July 2014

Aaron and Audrey love going to the airport lookout.  I had fun making a star out of Audrey's hair. The kids decorated their bikes and its hard to believe that we have been in this house a full year. This 4th of July party was the first neighborhood event we went to after we moved here. This year was extra exciting because there was a firetruck involved. The kids go to follow the firetruck through the neighborhood to the pool where the party was being held.  Aaron was in heaven! At the pool there was food, games and competitions for the kids. Its really easy to have a good time at the pool. Later we joined other friends from church at the Stake 4th of July party.  Audrey ran around with the Blauer girls and got her face painted while eating cookies that obviously turned her tongue blue.
