Plaza Fiesta, Bounce House, Crashing Fun, Pre-school Thanksgiving ~ November 5th to 27th 2012

The kids had a day off of school so we went to the Plaza Fiesta. We picked up our friend Jenna, who loves to take care of Audrey and is a great friend to Aaron, and had lots of fun.

Aaron earns points each day for good behavior at school, home and from finished chores. After he reaches a set amount of points he earns a fun outing. I had a Groupon for a bounce house we had never been to and took him, Audrey and Jenna there. The had so much fun playing tag, racing down the slides and making new friends. There were 2 different rooms to play in and they rotated every 30 minutes. We'll definitely return there in the future.

Just playing and being silly.  Aaron and Audrey love to ride down the driveway then once in the grass AJ makes a sharp turn and flips them onto their sides.  They laugh hard and do it all over again. They barely fit on Audrey's tricycle, but its worth being squeezed for some fun.

Audrey is playing at the play area in one of our malls. She has also starting dressing up more and creating her own style. Hence the cowgirl, tutu, doctor going on in the picture below.

Audrey's little pre-school class had a Thanksgiving lunch with the parents.  They made place mats to give to the parents using their hands as the turkeys body. They were extra excited to have the parents in the room. Each parent pitched in for the lunch and then we all enjoyed a yummy pre-thanksgiving meal.

The kids made some "thank you" notes to give to different people in our community. AJ made 2 extra special posters for his pediatrician and the mail man. Our pharmacist hung up their posters from both Audrey and AJ right outside their office and it made the kids excited every time we went to the office.

We had a great Thanksgiving day with our dear friends the Blauers. Unfortunately I only took pictures of the veggie turkey I made and AJ eating the huge leg of the turkey. It was the only food he would eat, but at least he ate something!

AJ's soccer team got together for their end of the season pizza party. He had a great season and is ready to start basketball in a few weeks.

I surprised the kids by putting little Christmas trees in their rooms. Here is AJ seeing his for the first time. I put red lights, little red present and sport ornaments on his tree. His favorite color is red.

Its a bit early, but we have all our decorations up and now its time to decorate the Christmas tree. We love the whole Christmas season and plan to make each day as fun and memorable as we can.
