Antelope Mine with Uncle Brian ~ July 7th 2012

This morning Audrey was helping Grandma water the plants with a water bottle. It was cute she didn't get soaked by the hose as usual. AJ and I went to The Drums Along the Rockies with Grandpa.   It was awesome watching marching bands compete. We loved the different theme music with costumes to match. Great program!! AJ got a scarf just like the Casper Troopers. My brother Brian works at the  Antelope Mine is Gillette, Wy. He got special permission to give a group of us a tour. My sister Cristy and her family, AJ and I, Brian's friend and two kids all went. We drove about 2 hours to get there. Once there Brian got hard hats and glasses to protect our eyes.  The little boys loved the glasses as you can see in this picture. We got into a company van that held all of us and got to see what it would be like to work in and among some of the biggest trucks we've ever seen.  Brian was a great tour guide and we were all constantly amazed at the precision driving an

Minature Golf and Thermopolis with Daddy ~ July 1st to July 5th 2012

One activity that we do each time we go to Casper is minature golf at Old Town.  This is the first time daddy was able to come with us so it was extra special. Audrey stayed and played with Grandma and Grandpa. She would have had too much fun playing in the water and running everwhere she shouldn't. After golfing we met Brian, Jessica, Jordan and Finley at a Mexican restaurant and had yummy food. I wish I would have taken a picture of all of us at the restaurant! It was fun to be together. AJ enjoyed making Finley laugh. While the adults enjoyed another baseball game of Cody's the kids enjoyed candy and a Little Einsteins movie.  At least they were watching a movie with cousins and the adults were able to watch the game in peace. Even though we drive through Thermopolis WY on our way to Lovell to see our great grandpa, we have never stopped to take the kids swimming there. Aaron and I decided to take AJ there for a day trip and go
