Just Having Fun! ~ October 2011
AJ loooooves Legos and will spend hours building and creating airplanes, buses, airports, parking garages and more.
AJ has lost both front teeth. One is coming in but the other one is taking its sweet time. Maybe it will be in for Christmas.
Audrey loves this rocking bear I found at a consignment kids store for $8 dollars. She drags it from room to room to ride it where ever she pleases.
This is the first pumpkin roll I've ever made. I've always wanted to make one and finally did for a girls night out. It actually looked and tasted great!
2 days a week we walk AJ to school. Audrey decided to bring her bear with her on this particular morning and when I pulled out my phone to take a picture she put her bear out like this...
We are playing at Gymboree. It has a lot of fun equipment to play and exercise on.
Audrey loves computers, but I won't let her touch mine. When we go to the library I let her sit at their computers and push the buttons and move the mouse around. She always wants the head phones on, but they last about 10 seconds on her head.
Audrey walks up and down the stairs all the time. She sneaks up the stairs to get into the Legos in AJ's room. He runs up to rescue the Legos and forces Audrey back down the stairs. It happens a few times a day and always causes some good drama.
AJ is taking a tennis class on Mondays. He really likes it and is also improving quite a bit. I bought us some rackets and we like to go to the tennis courts in our neighborhood or just out on our street and play around.
AJ built this spooky house while listening to General Conference. We also cut out pumpkins, ghosts, ravens and whitches from construction paper and AJ taped them around the house for decorations.
Audrey is being silly with play-dough. She also wanted to use markers so I decided to let her have the washable ones. She loves to draw and holds the pencils and markers the right way. After the mess she made drawing all over herself, I went and bought an Aqua Doodle that writes with water and dries out by itself. NO MESS! " )
